Returns
Ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase is a number one priority for us.
Our Returns Policy complies fully with Australian Consumer Law.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is significantly different from the sample or description
Any deliveries unclaimed within 7 days will be returned to us and accounts credited less cancellation ($20) and freight fees.
If the same product is not available, we offer you an option of choosing another product of the same value or a refund.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
Postage costs for returning any item will be your responsibility.
