 Bleasdale Pinot Gris

Bleasdale Pinot Gris 2024

comes from hand picked grapes grown in vineyards in the
Adelaide Hills, which are whole bunch pressed. This delicate
expression of Pinot Gris shows the spice and perfume that is
often found in cool climate Pinot Gris. The wine was fermented
in a combination of tank and seasoned French oak Puncheons
to create a a wine with fresh pear and spice as well as having
some texture and complexity from the oak component.
