Mentor is made to be the best expression of Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon of the vintage. Dense and vibrant purple hue. It delivers immense varietal definition with added complexity aromas of lifted blackcurrant, vanilla and chocolate with a youthful ripe and dark plum spectrum. The fruit weight is immense, however it melds together with mouth coating tannins and dusty French oak.
