that are picked, crushed, fermented, pressed and matured
separately for 12 months in new and seasoned French
oak barrels. The resulting wines are then blended and
bottled to make this wine. This wine displays intense
aromas of violet, berry, plum and clove spices held
together with assertive but velvety tannins. This vibrant
wine is underscored by toasty oak and complexity from
extended barrel maturation on lees. Lightly fined and
unfiltered. Just abput the pinnacle of Australian made
Malbec this is.
