Coldstream Hills Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2017

is sourced from the Deer Farm Vineyard in the cool Upper Yarra.
The grapes were hand picked and gently pressed prior to fermentation.
Following secondary fermentation, the wine remained on yeast lees
for approximately 34 months prior to disgorging and release.
